REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We know that life is not always certain, so our policy does its best to be as flexible as possible for you.
SOCIAL PUBLIC CLASSES TICKETS
Because of venue fees, pre-purcashes, and other associated costs, we can't always give you a full refund, but this is what we can do:
CANCELLING A CLASS TICKET: 7 days or earlier: Full refund,full ticket transfer or full class credit 6 to 2 days before: 50% refund (excluding Eventbrite process fees), full ticket transfer or full class credit 1 day before, or on the day: 50% class credit After the event: Refund or credit is not available unless an emergency or severe illness that prevents contact can be shown.*
* For unforseen illness, such as having the flu, please contact us on the day to be eligible for a 50% class credit, as unfortunately, after the event is too late unless the illness prevents you from emailing or calling us.
PRIVATE AND CORPORATE EVENTS
PAYMENT TERMS: For a group with fewer than 13: Full payment is due 14 days before the event, to secure your event. If more people than paid for participate on the day, the balance is to be paid for on the day of the event, as per the pricelist cost difference.
For a group of 13 to 19 participants: Minimum deposit payment, which is for 13 pax, is due 14 days before the event, to secure your event. Remaining to be paid up to five business days after the event, which gives you peace of mind if numbers change above 13pax.*
For a group of 20 to 39 participants: Minimum deposit payment, which is for 20 pax, is due 14 days before the event, to secure your event. This is so we can roster on an assistant. Remaining to be paid up to five business days after the event, which gives you peace of mind if numbers go above 20pax.*
For a group of 40 or more (option 1): Minimum deposit payment, which is for 40 pax, is due 14 days before the event, to secure your event. This is so we can roster on two assistants. Remaining to be paid up to five business days after the event, which gives you peace of mind if numbers change above 20pax.*
For a group of 40 or more (option 2): This option is better suited to large groups, such as uni groups or organisations. Due to the resources needed to prepare and order supplies for these larger events, we require a 40% deposit based on the estimated numbers up to 3 weeks prior to the event, with the rest payable up to 14 days after the event.* In this option, even if numbers drop below 40, the minimun payment required is for 40PAX reflected in the final invoice after the event, where the option of cancelling staff is not available after the 3 weeks prior mark, as it is with option 1. This helps us plan a more stable event, especially when numbers are large, and are at risk of fluctuating.
*Rostering Assistants: Our activities come with an assistant at 20 participants, and with two assistants at 40 participants. We need 14 days notice to cancel any rostered assistant if the number of participants drops below the minimum numbers required. Cancellation of an assistant in fewer than 14 days incurs a $150 fee. Staff cancellation is not available in Option 2 for groups larger than 40.

For a groups with fewer than 13: 14 days or earlier: Full refund or date transfer 13 days to 5 days before:25% refundable or equivilant in event credit, or $0 date transfer fee 4 days before, or on the day: 10% event credit or $150 date transfer fee to cover host cancellation
For a group of 13 or more: 14 days or earlier: Full refund or date transfer 13 days to 5 days before: 80% of deposit put to event credit, or 50% of deposit for refund, or $0 date transfer fee 4 days before up to the day: 20% event credit or $150 date transfer fee per team member rostered to cover shift cancellation
