REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We know that life is not always certain, so our policy does its best to be as flexible as possible for you.
SOCIAL PUBLIC CLASSES TICKETS
Because of venue fees, pre-purcashes, and other associated costs, we can't always give you a full refund, but this is what we can do:
CANCELLING A CLASS TICKET:
7 days or earlier: Full refund, full ticket transfer or full class credit
6 to 2 days before: 50% refund (excluding Eventbrite process fees), full ticket transfer or full class credit
1 day before, or on the day: 50% class credit
After the event: Refund or credit is not available unless an emergency or severe illness that prevents contact can be shown.*
* For unforseen illness, such as having the flu, please contact us on the day to be eligible for a 50% class credit, as unfortunately, after the event is too late unless the illness prevents you from emailing or calling us.

PRIVATE AND CORPORATE EVENTS
PAYMENT TERMS:
For a group with fewer than 13: Full payment is due 14 days before the event, to secure your event. If more people than paid for participate on the day, the balance is to be paid for on the day of the event, as per the pricelist cost difference.
For a group of 13 to 19 participants: Minimum deposit payment, which is for 13 pax, is due 14 days before the event, to secure your
event. Remaining to be paid up to five business days after the event, which gives you peace of mind if numbers change above 13pax.*
For a group of 20 to 39 participants: Minimum deposit payment, which is for 20 pax, is due 14 days before the event, to secure your
event. This is so we can roster on an assistant. Remaining to be paid up to five business days after the event, which gives you peace of mind if numbers go above 20pax.*
For a group of 40 or more: Minimum deposit payment, which is for 40 pax, is due 14 days before the event, to secure your
event. This is so we can roster on two assistants. Remaining is to be paid up to five business days after the event, which gives you peace of mind if numbers change above 20pax.*
Rostering Assistants: Our activities come with an extra assistant at 20, 40, 90, 130.
We require 14 days notice to cancel any rostered assistant if the number of participants drops below the minimum numbers required. The minium number is the amount that triggers an assistant.
Example: if you book for 46 participants, the assistant inclusion trigger is 40, therefore this is the minimun booking number. If the numbers drop to 40 before the event, and it's more than 40 days previous to the event, let us know so we can cancel the second assistant. If it is after the 14 days prior notice cut-off, the minimun charge will be for 40 participants in order to cover the extra assistant. Otherwise, cancellation of an assistant in fewer than 14 days incurs a $150 fee which may, or may not be cheaper than paying the minimum booking number price.

13 days to 5 days before: $150 fee per team member rostered to cover shift cancellation and 80% of deposit put to event credit, or 50% of refund of deposit, or $0 date transfer fee
4 days before up to the day: 20% deposit put to event credit and $150 fee per team member rostered to cover shift cancellation
