REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Of course, we're always sad if you can't make it to a class - but we know that life does get in the way, so we have a policy that offers as much flexibility as possible. Because of venue fees, and pre-purcashes, we can't always give you a full refund, but read below to see what we can do:
Social Public Classes:
7 days or earlier: Full refund 3 to 6 days before: Partial refund or full ticket transfer or full class credit (excluding Eventbrite process fees) 2 days before, or on the day: 75% class credit (excluding Eventbrite process fees)
PAYMENT TERMS: For a groups of 13 to 49 participats: Minimum payment, which is for 13 pax, is due five business days before the event, to secure your event. Remaining to be paid on the day of the event, which gives you peace of mind if not everyone makes it.
For a groups with fewer than 13: Full payment due five business days before the event, to secure your event. If more participate than paid for, the balance is to be paid for on the day of the event, as per the pricelist cost difference.
Large groups, with 50 or more: Due to the resources needed to prepare and order supplies for these larger events, we require a 40% deposit based on the estimated numbers up to 3 weeks prior to the event, with the rest payable up to 10 business days after the event.

For a groups of 13 or more: 14 days or earlier: Full refund or date transfer 13 days to 3 days before: 20% non-refundable or 80% event credit, or 100% date transfer 2 days before, or on the day: 80% non-refundable or 20% event credit
For a groups with fewer than 13: 14 days or earlier: Full refund or date transfer 13 days to 3 days before: 75% non-refundable or 25% event credit, or date transfer 2 days before, or on the day: 90% non-refundable or 10% event credit
